There’s no need to pay for a personal trainer, TEAM training classes AND your membership. We include everything when you’re enrolled in semi-private PT. Why? Because we find that the mix of the strength training you’ll be doing in small group PT and the conditioning and core-focused functional training movements you’ll be doing in TEAM training will get you the BEST results in the least amount of time, which is what we want for our members! Plus you have access to come to the gym and use the machines, free weights, functional equipment or take a group fitness class on any other day. It truly is the best of all fitness worlds and allows you to maximize your results and membership benefits!
