Our group fitness classes offer a FUN way to workout. Feel motivated by our instructors and energized from the other ladies in the class. Meet new friends, get fit and feel inspired while doing so!

Take your results to the next level in our small group training program. Max of 4 women with 1 trainer. Focus on strength training and adding lean muscle mass to your body. Enrolling in small group PT gives you access to TEAM training, too, so you get the best of all worlds! Get ready to rev your metabolism and burn fat in this program!

A mix of core, strength and metabolic movements led by a trainer in a group environment. Max of 16 women with 1 trainer. Every workout is a total body workout using kettlebells, tires, battle ropes, TRX, medicine balls, rowers, ski-ergs, and more! Each TEAM training workout is different to always keep your body guessing and to maximize results; they’re truly some of the BEST workouts around!

Our locker room has lockers, changing rooms, a vanity area to get ready, showers, restrooms, and a dry sauna- perfect for your pre and post workout needs!
To help jumpstart your fitness program, you receive a free fitness assessment with our training director. We’ll take your initial weight, body composition and measurements. We’ll take you through a workout tailored to you and your goals while working around any injuries or medical issues you may have. We can answer basic nutritional questions and point you in the right direction on what to do to achieve the results you desire!
Every 6 weeks, we can update your measurements and check your body composition to see if your workout regimen is helping you achieve your fitness goals. This is especially helpful if your goal is weight loss!
No matter how much fitness experience you have, we want to make sure you have the necessary tools to feel empowered when you come in to complete your workout in a safe, effective manner. Never used equipment before? Not to worry! We offer free equipment demonstrations to all members scheduled at your leisure upon joining.

We offer short-term challenges and bootcamps. Some are boxing themed or total-body focused while others are “tank top arms,” “summer abs” or booty burn bootcamps!

Boxing-inspired TEAM training sessions focusing more on abs, agility, speed and bag work.
