We are so excited to bring the most amazing programs to our members to help them see results that they’ve never experienced before! If women in the area need a place to workout, exercise, weight train, and lose weight, W3 is the place to be! Check out our brand new, wooden group exercise floor! And some of our new functional training equipment. It even includes monkey bars!
