Start in a short-term trial with us to find out which level of our training memberships is best for you! Different tiers depend on how many 1×1 personal training sessions or semi-private personal training sessions you want to do per week. Both of these are based on strength training. Our TEAM training program offers core/cardio workouts.

Each tier of membership includes access to our TEAM Training sessions + workout-on-your-own area, locker room facilities, fitness assessment, measurement checks + goal setting sessions.

Our gym in Elmhurst is very unique with its training-focus and women-only environment, so we’d love to invite you in for a fitness consultation, club tour and more information!
