Do you have a specific fitness goal you want to achieve? Are you limited with your time and want to ensure you receive the most efficient workout? Do you want someone to focus solely on you and push you past your limits to achieve your fitness goals? Do you need more accountability? Do you want a complete fitness routine specifically designed to fit your personal goals, wants and needs? Do you want someone dedicated specifically to you and your results? We have the program for you! With options to fit your schedule and budget, our one-on-one personal training program at W3Body will get you the results you’ve always wanted.
- We always start with a fitness assessment. We need to get to know YOU. What are your goals? What’s your workout history? Injuries or physical limitations? Any pain? Areas of focus? Schedule? What’s your motivation and how can we maximize the time in each session?
- We’ll take and record your measurements, weight and do a body composition test. We want to track your progress regardless of what your goals are!
- We’ll take you through an initial workout to assess your form and establish a baseline strength level.
- 30 and 60 minute options are available.
- We offer 3, 6 and 12 month programs and offer the client the option to train 1, 2 or 3x per week with her personal trainer
- We can also break payments into weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cycles to fit your budget.
- We’ll talk about sleep, the importance of water and nutrition. We’ll go through a few basic nutrition tips as well and educate you on the difference between proteins, fats and carbs and why you’ll need sufficient protein when you’re working out and strength training!
- We’ll schedule your personal training sessions around you and your schedule and advise you on what to do in between sessions to ensure we offer you a complete program.
- We’ll schedule check-ins every 4-6 weeks to check your progress and make sure you’re on track!
