Hey Hey! My name is Vivian, Coach Vivian to some.
I am first generation Mexican American. I speak both English and Spanish. I am also a proud mother of 3. Two older daughters and a son.
Because I am a mother my free time is spent with them and taking naps- Usually consists of Saturday night boxing or watching movies with my kids.
I also enjoy running! I am an animal lover and own dogs myself. I have my associates in Science as well as being certified in personal training, strength training, bodybuilding, glutes specialist, and in nutrition.
I have been working for W3Body for over 1 year. I have many roles here at the gym, but the most rewarding one is being a coach. I love that I can help lead and coach others, along with other members of my team, to adapt a fitness lifestyle. I love to encourage and push others to reach past their expectations. I want to make it a fun, motivating and tough session so you can enjoy your workouts. I am a 1×1 coach, teach Semi-Private Strength and TEAM conditioning. My favorite part of my job is when members come up to me and tell me the changes they start to notice. Whether it is a burst of energy, change in clothes size, moving up in weight or even mastering a move they found challenging at first, I love being your hype woman! 🙌💜🙌💜
