Specialty Classes:

BodySync
W3’s all NEW signature mind/body workout. We have taken yoga and Pilates inspired moves and incorporated dance, sport specific conditioning, functional training, balance and stability to this super athletic workout. We made sure to give participants the ultimate athletic mind/body experience by using the stability ball for this dynamic class. This class is great for those who are looking for a mind/body experience that is like no other. You will truly work your mind/body connection and take your workout to the next level.

Zumba

A fusion of latin and international dance and fitness inspired movements! Zumba allows participants to dance away their worries by experiencing the following: Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaetone, Samba, Belly Dancing and more! Each workout combines fitness interval training with dance designed to tone and sculpt the body while burning calories and fat. Ditch the workout and join the party!!

Turbo Kick
Turbo Kick is an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga and simple dance moves in a FUN Party atmosphere! You'll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super FUN, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout. Burn up to 1,000 calories per hour in the HOTTEST Kickboxing Class around!

PiYo
PiYo is an athletic fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Dance and Sports Conditioning. Poses are choreographed in a flowing sequence designed to move with grace and power. This mind/body mat class improves strength, flexibility, balance, core strength and helps reduce stress while suitable for all fitness levels.

Kickin Core Ball
Rock your Core in this Fat-Blasting, Exciting NEW ball workout! Inspired by Turbo Kick, this workout uses the same core defining moves but zones in on targeted areas using the ball. You'll combine hard-core cardio drills to burn fat with intervals of body sculpting ab sections. Motivating music and Ab Blasting Intervals equals rockin results!!
Level: 2-3



W3 Classic Formats

Strength Circuit
30-minute effective workout for those who are NEW to group fitness classes. Strength Circuit combines the cardio of basic step with resistance training using dumbbells. Participants will interval train between 2 minutes of cardio and strength training to burn calories, fat and tone lean muscles. This class is also great to learn the basic terminology to Simple Step and HardBody.
Level: 1

Cardio Ball Circuit:
30-minute effective workout for those who are NEW to group fitness classes. Cardio Ball Circuit combines cardio intervals using the stability ball with strength training using dumbbells. Participants will learn form and technique while focusing on the core muscles. This workout is a great intro to our extremely popular Kickin’ Core Ball.

Strength Fusion:
This bootcamp style workout is fun, challenging, and most of all effective. Instructors combine strength, cardio, plyometrics, and functional training exercises to keep your body guessing. Participants will challenge their endurance, strength and core stability in this workout that NEVER gets boring!

Hardbody
Pursue ultimate muscular endurance in this group strength training workout with body bars and free weights. Sculpt your muscles and boost your metabolism through resistance training for women. Control the intensity of the burn by your choice of weight selection.

Simple Step
Enjoy a basic alternative to Step Aerobics. Simple Step Moves are repeated for an easy to follow cardio workout. Participants will learn the 10 basic step moves used in all classes while burning calories and improving cardiovascular endurance.

Step Jam
A High-Energy Step Class with choreographed, advanced movement patterns designed to improve cardiovascular intensity with exhilarating twists and combinations!
